YOUR POSTAGE SEEMS EXPENSIVE?

I do try to keep pricing as low as possible however I maintain flat fee postage to ensure you can add all the things you would like to include in your boxes without taking into account the excessive weight your order may be.

 

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

No. During COVID-19 I completely understand the importance of contactless delivery however, if you would like to have your order signed for please leave in your order notes.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Absolutely! Cancellations and changes to orders can be made up to 5 hours after your order has been placed. Please email sales@ashleighkayladesigns.com to advise on any changes or request to cancel.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Please be aware that all orders are made to order and take 3-5 business days to make. However please note that during sale and seasonal periods this may be longer.

 

MY ORDER IS URGENT, CAN YOU POST IT QUICKER?

If you require your order by a certain date please advise at check out or email sales@ashleighkayladesigns.com, additional postage charges may occur to ensure you receive your order in the time you require.

 

YES, WE CAN SEND DIRECTLY TO RECIPIENT

If you wish to send to a different address please change the shipping address at checkout. I am also happy to write in any cards you purchase. Just leave a note at checkout. 

 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes of course, If you live locally to Canning Vale in Perth Western Australia and wish to collect your order instead, please use select the Pick Up under delivery method. You will be advised when your order is ready for collection. Please note that this method is completely contactless and you will be given instructions on how to collect.

 

DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

No, this is a home based business, but as above you are still able to make a time for order collection.
